How is this different from off-the-shelf ticketing tools?
You get a team, not just software. Every customer works one-to-one with us, with a dedicated account manager, help setting up each event, and technical support for your delegates and exhibitors. UBE Partners can also have new features built around how they work.
What does it cost?
Standard is £3,000 per event. UBE Partner starts from £12,000 a year for 5 events, and UBE Partner+ from £25,000 a year for 20 events. All prices exclude VAT and local taxes.
What if a Standard event goes over 500 delegates?
We will contact you and offer an upgraded tier or a personalised quote for the additional registrations.
What happens to unused events?
UBE Partner and Partner+ allowances reset on each anniversary, and unused events do not roll over. A Standard event runs for one year, so running it again the next year counts as a new event.
Which payment providers can we use?
Stripe as standard. WorldPay and Opayo are also available on UBE Partner and Partner+.

How reliable is the platform?
It is fully cloud hosted with a 99.99% uptime SLA. Single-region and multi-region set-ups are available if you need extra redundancy.
